- 1) I have accidentally made payment twice:

- 2) The delivery took too long:
- We will do a partial refund according to shipping issue. Kindly contact us via email (email@example.com).
- 3) I'm unsatisfied with the products:
- This never happens as you will love our products! :) However if you are unsatisfied at any point in time, we would be able to do a partial refund for you.
We seek to offer you only the best experience and products. Hence, we do accept product exchanges. However this is only for unopened and undamaged products if you wish to exchange an item with another.
An exchange must be made within 7 days following the date of delivery (weekends included). The original receipt must be produced when exchanging product.
We do not entertain with cash refunds. Postal charges will not be refunded. To return product for exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
